Expertise in Mainframe Maintenance and Application Support projects, operating systems (OS/360), and databases (DB2) is essential. The candidate should possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, experience with AGILE methodology, SDLC, and ITIL-based Service Support processes, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
