Adecco Creative and Marketing partnered with an office electronics company to hire a parttime SEO Developer.
Title: SEO Developer
Schedule:
Hybrid, 20 hours per week
Pay: $41-$46/hr
Job Duties & Responsibilities
An SEO developer understands different SEO methods and can help with SEO development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Make sure website design, layout, and coding are optimized for search engines.
- Work with web designers to maintain consistent SEO standards.
- Regularly test website SEO rankings.
- Troubleshoot technical SEO issues.
- Provide feedback to the digital marketing team about SEO.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO guidelines and implement them.
- Help with integrations to improve or maintain SEO.
- Plan for potential SEO problems.
- Keep marketing managers and team members informed about SEO standards and changes.
- Provide technical support during the web design process
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or web development
- Front-end development and, if possible, web design, SEO, or related fields
- Certification in SEO or Google Analytics is a plus.
- Experience with Amplience and Salesforce Commerce cloud a plus
- Proficiency in front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Experience with back-end languages is helpful.
- A good understanding of general SEO principles and web design.
- Familiarity with CMS software, markdown, graphic design, website architecture, and integrations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with Web site migrations a plus.
- Has knowledge of various coding languages and SEO tools.
Fine print:
This is a W2 position temporary assignment.
