We are looking for an experienced Service Now Solution Architect who can design and lead end‑to‑end Service Now solutions that align with enterprise architecture, business goals, and digital transformation strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving solution vision, platform evolution, and multi‑year roadmap planning. This role involves deep collaboration across technical, process, and executive teams.
- Design holistic Service Now architectures across process, integrations, data, security & UX
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and upgrade‑safe solutions
- Align solutions with enterprise standards and the Service Now product roadmap
- Collaborate with BPCs on To‑Be processes and value streams
- Promote OOTB‑first approaches with maintainability in mind
- Map business outcomes to KPIs and experience‑level metrics (XLAs)
- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data/CMDB models, and RBAC
- Review and govern design documentation across work streams
- Ensure performance, resilience, and security in solution design
- Lead technical solutioning during RFPs and complex deals
- Create reference architectures, blueprints, and accelerators
- Support deal qualification by identifying dependencies and risks
- Provide architectural oversight throughout delivery
- Govern demos, UAT readiness, and go‑live validations
- Shape long‑term Service Now roadmaps
- Promote adoption of advanced capabilities like:
- AI Search & Virtual Agent
- Performance Analytics & XLAs
- Automation Engine, Gen‑AI workflows
- Identify opportunities for optimization and modernization
- Act as trusted advisor to senior business & IT leadership
- Lead architecture workshops and steering forums
- Communicate complex trade‑offs & value outcomes clearly
- Mentor architects and senior consultants
- Contribute to standards, methodologies, and best‑practice assets
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in Service Now architecture or enterprise consulting
- Strong cross‑platform knowledge of Service Now modules and integration patterns
- Deep understanding of ITIL v4
, ESM, and digital workflows - Experience leading large global multi‑domain Service Now programs
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL v4 (Foundation or higher)
- Service Now Micro‑Certifications (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, PA, etc.)
- EA/Cloud certifications (TOGAF, AWS, Azure, IT4IT)
