Senior Consultant

We are hiring at all levels including Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Principal - Compliance & Risk. You will be part of a cross-cultural global team working on a variety of business consulting engagements such as Risk & Finance digital transformation and regulatory change management. You will take up a range of roles in process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program and change management.
You will analyze problems and develop solutions, apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies, collaborate with client stakeholders, and be responsible for delivering business results to clients. You will also lead or contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, and internal initiatives, and participate in Firm-building events.
- Apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address client problems and deliver business results.
- Engage in process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, technology strategy, program and change management.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and lead/participate in cross-functional delivery teams.
- Lead or contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, and internal initiatives.
- Participate in Firm-building events and activities.
- Own the product/value stream vision and drive outcomes in alignment with client needs.
- Lead product functional design, create roadmaps, and manage backlog in an agile environment.
- Write acceptance criteria, create BRDs, user stories, and functional requirements; facilitate backlog refinement with technology teams.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions, participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing, and support product release.
- Manage end-to-end delivery timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a customer-centric mindset.
- 8–10 years of experience with 5+ years as a lead Technology Product Owner.
- Expertise in writing detailed functional requirements in JIRA, creating Epics and User Stories, and defining Acceptance Criteria.
- SQL knowledge with ability to write queries.
- Ability to prioritize items to maximize business value while handling multiple stakeholder requests.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and team members for collaboration and alignment.
- Strong problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Experience facilitating collaborative sessions and ensuring work aligns with enterprise goals.
- Experience with agile tools (e.g., Atlassian, MS Teams) or similar tooling.
- Advanced Product Owner certifications.
- Ability and willingness to work in a cross-cultural team and across multiple time zones.
- Proven track record of delivering products within deadlines and commitments.
Target Annual Compensation Range for this Role: $116,875 to $148,125. In addition to competitive pay, Infosys offers a full benefits package:
