Technical Customer Success Analyst- US Based (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Assist operational and business development teams in understanding and using Syneos technology solutions.
• Provide data and information to senior analysts to identify emerging customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
• Develop relationships with internal technology product users and external customers to facilitate product‑driven value.
• Support training and onboarding of product users to streamline pathways to success.
• Manage communication with product users to address issues and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Review, organize, and provide customer feedback to product teams.
• Track Customer Success, ROI, and KPI initiatives related to supported products.
• Collaborate with other teams to onboard new products and services that benefit business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a technology‑focused Customer Success role, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Self‑starter with proactive interaction skills and excellent follow‑through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with product users.
• Experience with technology and/or the life sciences market is strongly preferred.
• Accountability and personal organization are essential.
