Responsibilities- Assist in data analysis and business modelling to support informed decision-making based on domain‑specific standards
- Contribute to benchmarking studies by analysing performance data against domain‑specific industry standards and identifying improvement opportunities
- Support translating technical details into clear, user‑friendly documentation for communication and reporting
- Assist in researching third‑party products within the domain, focusing on features, scalability, and conducting preliminary assessments
- Provide support during the implementation of domain‑specific systems, assist with configuration, and identify opportunities for enhancements
- An agile mindset with effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with domain‑specific standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Ability to assist in system configurations and troubleshooting within domain‑specific workflows
- Passion for innovating solutions that drive progress and meet future challenges
- Commitment to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and fostering team development
- Good knowledge of study life‑cycle activities (study protocols, study design for IRT and EDC studies), various study milestones, clinical trial regulatory reports, and other metrics reports at study and site level
- Able to translate business requirements into well‑formed technical and system requirements
- Basic experience with modeling business processes, data flows, and workflow processes depicting relationships between clinical data entities
- Agile – Scrum
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practices, Good Documentation practices, clinical trial quality & compliance
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Planning and coordination skills
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
