BSACBL Senior Consultant - Business Consulting (Requisition  ). Pay range: $116,875 to $148,125.

We are hiring across Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Principal levels in our Compliance & Risk practice. You will be part of a cross‑cultural global team working on a variety of business‑consulting engagements such as Risk & Finance digital transformation and regulatory change management.

You will take on roles in process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, technology strategy, program and change management. You will analyze problems, develop creative solutions, apply business‑consulting frameworks, collaborate with client stakeholders, and be responsible for delivering business results to clients.

In addition, you will contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, internal initiatives, and participate in company‑building events.

• Experience in Enterprise Risk, Control, Compliance, preferably in Controls Technology
• Experience in UI/UX programs – defining user interfaces and workflows
• Own the product/value stream vision as the north star for driving strategic outcomes
• Lead the product functional design process and create the product roadmap
• Conduct product backlog prioritization and work in an agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks
• Facilitate backlog decomposition sessions with technology teams to clearly define requirements from a user perspective, including acceptance criteria and breaking down large stories for sprint consumption
• Ability to write acceptance criteria in BDD format
• Create strong feedback loops by leading agile events, seeking continuous stakeholder feedback, and incorporating it into the backlog to achieve desired outcomes
• Create business requirement documents, user stories, and functional requirement documents for features and functionalities
• Partner with the technology team to break down large stories based on estimation
• Work with the technology team to implement solutions
• Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and provide support for product release
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery timelines

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a customer‑centric mindset focused on client needs
• 8–10 years of experience, with 5+ years as a lead Technology Product Owner
• Expert in writing detailed functional requirements in JIRA, creating Epics and User Stories, and defining Acceptance Criteria
• SQL knowledge; ability to write queries
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize items that maximize business value while managing multiple stakeholder requests
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration and alignment
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• In‑depth analytical skills with ability to synthesize findings
• Experience facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and aligning work with enterprise goals and objectives
• Expertise with agile tool suites including Atlassian, MS Teams or similar agile management tooling
• Advanced Product Owner certifications
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross‑cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
• Successful track record of delivering products within deadlines and commitments

The role requires extended periods seated and working at a computer. You must be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
