Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer - Bridgewater, NJLocation: Local to Princeton, NJ Area
Role: Hybrid Role
Job Description:Pharmaceutical Client seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep technical expertise and a strong consulting mindset. The role involves hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices. You will be responsible for delivering complex Salesforce solutions, primarily on Experience Cloud and related platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce
- Contribute to technical architecture design, especially around Experience and Health Cloud implementations
- Build and support an LWR Experience Cloud site/Mobile Publisher app with custom LWC components and integrations with third-party systems
- Follow Salesforce development lifecycle best practices including version control, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD
- Implement solutions leveraging Health Cloud / Life Sciences Cloud data models with sharing rules and role hierarchies aligned with Salesforce security architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks
Skills & Experience:
Core Salesforce Development:
- 5+ years of hands-on development with Apex and LWC
- Proficiency in Flow Builder, including record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows
- Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment tools, and Dev Ops processes (e.g., SFDX, Git)
- Experience with Experience Cloud site configuration, customization, and guest user access control
- Integration experience with external systems using REST APIs and Mule Soft
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce sharing architecture, role hierarchy, object and field security, and login flows
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce CMS or Adobe CMS
- Exposure to Salesforce Mobile Publisher
Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect
