BSU’s IT Service Center provides 24/7/365 technology support for faculty, staff, and students. Assistance is provided via chat, phone, or email.
Position InformationStudent employees will be trained to troubleshoot a variety of account and computer issues ranging from installing software, assisting customers with logging into their account to fixing printer issues. Beyond the training, you will be part of a team that plays a critical role in the daily operations on the BSU Campus.
Eligibility RequirementsMust be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.
Preferred Qualifications- Excellent customer service skills.
- Maintains a good academic standing.
- Ability to work independently and to learn quickly.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari

Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
Hourly Rate$15.00 per hour
