They operate internationally, work with retail and wholesale channels, and aim to grow their brands through marketing, product development, and global distribution. They are currently looking to add a Workday Payroll Configuration & Reporting Specialist to their team.

Salary

$110/hr - $115/hr

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Workday Payroll Configuration & Reporting Specialist to lead/configure Workday Payroll for the U.S. and Canada, support payroll processing activities, and build/maintain reporting and dashboards. This person will partner cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Finance, and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions, ensure compliance, and drive ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Configure Workday Payroll for the U.S. and Canada.
  • Support payroll processing, validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Support payroll compliance, audits, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and technical teams to deliver projects successfully.
  • Provide configuration support, documentation, and knowledge transfer as needed.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience.
  • Experience supporting both U.S. and Canadian payroll processes.
  • Strong Workday reporting expertise (including calculated fields) and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Education
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, depending on the position.
