Description
We are looking for an experienced Databricks Data Analyst to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Databricks SQL, SQL Warehouses, Unity Catalog, and Delta Lake, with the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights. This role involves developing analytical solutions, building interactive dashboards, validating data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic business decisions.
Required Skills
- Atleast 12+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
- Strong expertise in Databricks SQL and advanced SQL development.
- Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and SQL Warehouses.
- Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks AI/BI Dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Knowledge of data quality validation and data governance best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Python, PySpark, and Git for analytics support.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Bachelor''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
