• 8-10+ years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
• Industry experience in inhalation powders and medical devices
  , preferably with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) and/or medical device manufacturers
• Experience with strategic sourcing and category management
• Expertise in supplier identification, evaluation, and qualification
• Experience managing RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes
• Strong knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis
• Experience with spend analysis and cost reduction initiatives
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and commercial terms
• Experience with supplier risk assessment and mitigation
