Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Brand Manager to lead strategic contact lens brands within the U.S. Vision Care business. This role is responsible for setting brand strategy, ensuring strong execution, and delivering insight‑driven initiatives that support revenue growth and profitability.
The Brand Manager will partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Professional and Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, agencies, and external vendors, contributing across the full brand lifecycle from strategy and launch planning through activation and performance optimization.
Responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing programs, managing day‑to‑day brand operations, and supporting key growth activities such as demand planning, forecasting, budget management, and annual operating plan development. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs for eye care practitioners across advertising, promotion and communication channels.
- Translate professional (Eye Care Practitioner) category, and brand insights into actionable programs that increase brand penetration, differentiation, and sustainable business growth.
- Lead day‑to‑day brand initiatives, ensuring high quality execution across stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
- Partner with and lead cross‑functional teams – including Customer Marketing, Field Sales Leadership, Market Research, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Professional and Medical Affairs, and Customer Service – to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure alignment.
- Own monthly demand planning activities and support accurate forecasting, scenario planning, and disciplined budget management.
- Support the annual operating plans and revenue/expense forecasts that deliver topline growth and margin objectives; ensure alignment across US Marketing, Sales and cross‑functional partners to achieve brand and portfolio goals.
- Maintain visibility into key P&L drivers, sales trends, consumption analytics, and business performance to support cross‑functional decision‑making.
- Support new product launch planning and execution, including positioning, pricing inputs, go‑to‑market strategy and performance measurement.
- Establish and track clear KPIs for key initiatives; synthesize learnings, share best practices, and drive continuous optimization.
- Provide portfolio‑level support across all brands, partnering with Marketing leadership to ensure consistency, executional excellence, and alignment across initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of marketing experience preferred within healthcare, vision care, medical device and/or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong foundation in brand management, competitive analysis, strategic planning, project management, forecasting, and budget management.
- Demonstrated ability to translate insights into strategy and execute with measurable results, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
