This field-based leadership role will manage the Endocrinology MSL team, coaching and mentoring to foster scientific exchange and compliant engagement with KOLs and payers. The Associate Field Director will supervise MSLs, hire where needed, and partner with Medical Affairs leadership to deliver strategic medical initiatives and educational activities.
