Quality Inspectors 1st Shift

Overview

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Quality Inspector-1st Shift for a long-term engagement in Bridgewater, MA with one of our Global Medical Device clients. • Perform inspections of machined components, assemblies and castings to support receiving inspection, validations, and process improvement activities.
• Perform open set-up inspections utilizing a variety of inspection equipment and visual standards.
• Support Raynham Operator Certification initiatives throughout the facility.
• Mechanical inspection will be performed.
• Utilize GD&T and blueprint reading skills daily.

• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing background is required.
• 0-2 years of inspection experience in a precision machining and/or casting environment.
• Excellent written, oral communication, organization and computer skills.

• Medical Device inspection experience.
• Blue print interpretation skills and a working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) applications.
• Working knowledge of various applications of shop mathematics.
• ASQ Certification.
• Optical Comparators experience.
• CMM operating experience is a plus.
