Marketing Specialist-Senior

Summary Of Position

The incumbent will be responsible for marketing coordinator support to Immunology Market Development, HCP & Patient Marketing Teams. The role also provides project‑level support to the broader marketing team as workload permits.

Hybrid in Bridgewater, NJ. Rate $40-44/hr.

• Support routing of key projects through legal, compliance, & procurement (conference requests, Ariba, Coupa, Medispend – needs assessments, engagements, & contract requests, etc.)
• Manage marketing materials, clinical papers and distribution (hardcopy & digital)
• Assist in print production and inventory management of marketing materials
• Assist with vendor management, including contracts, and triage or elevate vendor calls when necessary
• Support execution of annual marketing plan by coordinating/organizing internal and external meetings & marketing projects
• Manage marketing project and budget tracking, including reconciliation (estimates, POs, invoices & payments) and prepare budget forecasts
• Partner with other key members across functional areas as needed
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
• Provide logistical support for congresses and other field‑related booth exhibits
• Some travel for key meetings required

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma required;
  College Degree preferred

• 1–2 years related experience, strong communication & organizational skills
• Highly proactive, not just waiting for direction from leadership
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy (word processing, graphics, database)
• Strict attention to detail; work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

This position provides administrative support to the Immunology Market Development, HCP & Patient Marketing departments and reports directly to the Senior Market Development Manager.
