Global Innovation Brand Manager, Holistic Health

We are looking for an International Brand Manager (ABM) to lead innovation and renovation initiatives across the Holistic Health portfolio (Nature’s Bounty, Osteo Bi-Flex, Nuun, GARD, and Puritans Pride Outside US/CA).
Key Responsibilities- Own performance tracking across innovation and renovation platforms, highlighting distributor performance.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to build business plans for innovation.
- Leverage market insights to prioritize pipeline and renovation decisions.
- Identify efficiencies across markets to serve as many geographies as possible.
- Monitor competitive landscape, innovation pipelines & performance, and category shifts in key markets.
- Support post‑launch tracking and optimization recommendations.
- Create executive‑ready reports and dashboards for leadership updates.
- Lead renovation initiatives (formula, claims, packaging updates, flavor extensions) and manage stage‑gate processes.
- Partner with US brand, insights, digital, R&D, medical, regulatory, packaging, and operations teams.
- Ensure international perspectives through concept development, claims validation, and consumer research.
- Guarantee projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand strategy.
- Develop & execute innovation marketing plans and launch strategies OUS coordinated with global marketing and distribution partners.
- Produce presentations and commercialization assets.
- Collaborate with US sales/customer development teams on launch planning and customer‑specific needs.
- Align innovation pipeline with integrated commercial planning (ICP) for OUS markets.
- Track and manage innovation/renovation project timelines.
- 5+ years in brand management for a CPG Food, CPG Personal Product, or OTC brand with international experience.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of translating market dynamics into actionable tactics.
- Hands‑on experience with market, consumer, and distributor data, turning insights into clear “where to play/how to win” decisions and identifying international white‑space opportunities.
- Strategic agility, collaborative teamwork, ability to make complex decisions under ambiguity, and influence senior management with actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong prioritization skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive and driven with a passion for results.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills, capable of engaging senior management.
- Customer‑ and consumer‑focused with strong interpersonal relationships across functional areas.
- Multilingual skills preferred but not required.
- Marketing budget management, volume forecasting, and project management experience.
The approximate pay range for this position is $135,000 to $145,000. Nestlé offers performance‑based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including a 401(k) with company match, healthcare coverage, and a range of other benefits.
