Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of innovation and renovation initiatives across the Holistic Health portfolio
- Drive data‑informed decision making, inputting in product renovations
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and externally with distribution partners
- Define where to play and how to win in international markets
- Build executive‑ready reports and dashboards for leadership updates
- 5+ years of brand management for a CPG Food, CPG Personal Product or OTC brand, International experience
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market dynamics into actionable tactics
- Hands‑on experience working with market, consumer and distributor data
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Multi‑lingual preferred but not required
