As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
Set up rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and equipment
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Document care accurately and timely
Encourage resident engagement, social interaction, and emotional well-being
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident-centered care
