Pay Rate: $42.00 – $52.00/hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team and make a meaningful impact every day.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate nursing care and supporting residents’ overall well-being. Assessing, planning, and implementing resident care plans. Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders. Monitoring and documenting resident conditions accurately and timely. Supervising and supporting LPNs and CNAs in daily care delivery. Communicating changes in condition to the interdisciplinary care team.

Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations. Promoting dignity, safety, and quality of life for all residents.

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
• Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards
