We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team and make a meaningful impact every day.

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care and support residents’ overall well-being.
• Assess, plan, and implement resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor and document resident conditions accurately and timely.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in daily care delivery.
• Communicate changes in condition to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Promote dignity, safety, and quality of life for all residents.

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident‑centered care.
• Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards.
