Complete Care at Green Knoll is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at our 176-bed, 4-star rated skilled nursing and long-term care community in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic nursing leader who is committed to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and exceptional resident-centered care.

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of experience serving as a Director of Nursing.
• Demonstrated experience in both skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services.
• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and compassion.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff while promoting professional growth and retention.
