What You'll Do

As a Home Care LPN
, you'll provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including:

• Wound care
• Medication management
• Catheter care
• Diabetic care and education
• Wellness assessments
• Disease management education
• Follow‑up after physician visits
• Ordering medical supplies as needed
• Accurate, timely electronic documentation

Requirements

Need to have:

* Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

* Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience

* Afternoon availability

Nice to Have:

* Previous home care experience

* Monday–Friday availability
