As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
- Set up rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and equipment
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Document care accurately and timely
- Encourage resident engagement, social interaction, and emotional well‑being
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care
- Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Active, unrestricted Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Long‑term care experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to resident‑centered care
