About This Role

Guardian of Quality and Compliance by Design, ensuring quality requirements and deliverables for Idea to Launch (I2L) Innovation/Renovation projects. Qualified as the quality representative for CAT 1, 2, and 3 projects, responsible for creating pHACCP and rMMS for new products/technology development to ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory and quality standards.

What You'll Do
  • Be part of the Internal Audit Team and support additional initiatives.
  • Act as a project team member on Innovation/Renovation projects, ensuring Quality function I2L deliverables throughout project stages.
  • Perform food safety assessments and develop pHACCP and rMMS for new product or technology projects, supporting factories with implementation.
  • Deliver quality and food safety technical knowledge transfer to operations through engagement, training, and handover of projects.
  • Provide training to all functions that need to understand and implement quality and safety in their job deliverables.
  • Ensure full compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote compliance with system requirements and other applicable standards.
  • Audit processes and areas according to the Internal Audit Plan.
  • Support visits from regulatory bodies such as FDA or USDA, and external certification bodies.
  • Assist in preparation efforts to obtain ISO and NMS certifications.
  • Provide technical assistance to quality functions in factories and application groups.
What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent.

  • Experience in the food industry in quality, R&D, or manufacturing areas.
  • Competence supporting business requirements: part of the quality department of a factory, PTC/R&D, Centre, , NQACs; HACCP team member.
  • Preferred: ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certification.
  • Experience with ingredient specifications.
  • Experience with quality by design.
  • Business experience: leading part of a change effort, participating in audit teams and/or improvement projects, establishing networks of peers in markets or factories.
