As an Assistant Manager at GARAGE
, you will support the Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high‑performing team to drive sales and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist the Store Manager with all store operations and leadership.
• Promote a positive shopping experience and inspire the team.
• Drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and digital platforms.
• Contribute to inventory management, including shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment.
• Maintain brand and visual/merchandising standards.

• High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion and an outgoing personality with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Demonstrated organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Flexibility, innovation, and sense of urgency in responding to changing business needs.
• Ability to promote a collaborative and creative environment.
• Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Proficient with social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open‑Office.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
