Summary
Provide personalized styling and sales service on the sales floor, driving revenue through one‑on‑one client interactions and product expertise. Build and maintain a client base, meet individual sales goals, and represent the store with a polished, customer‑focused approach.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling to shoppers on the sales floor.
- Proactively build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales targets and participate in commission‑based incentive programs.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across categories and assist with visual presentation of merchandise.
- Proven retail sales or personal shopping experience, preferably in a department store or fashion environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort with commission‑based pay structure and meeting sales goals.
