This role is for a Store Manager who leads on the floor, guides the team, and delivers The Sunglass Hut Experience that translates into sales.
The Store Manager is an on-the-floor leader who coaches, develops and inspires the team, creating an environment where everyone delivers exceptional service. This position spends a significant portion of time on the sales floor and ensures adherence to brand standards and operational policies.
Major Duties And Responsibilities- Utilize The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives.
- Develop the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals.
- Lead by example through coaching, developing, mentoring and inspiring the team.
- Foster a development-focused environment to grow careers, encourage teamwork and retain talent.
- Recruit, hire and train staff using onboarding tools; manage staffing to meet needs.
- Inspire team growth through individual development plans.
- Create an inspirational and motivating work environment that reflects the brand integrity.
- Build emotional connections within the store team to translate into sales and ensure consistent delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
- Spend an average of time present on the sales floor and maintain execution of brand standards.
- Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback; act as an ambassador for the brand.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay curious about new merchandise and fashion trends.
- Motivate and coach the team to be the best possible brand ambassadors.
- Ensure impeccable execution of operational policies and procedures and maintain brand standards.
- Communicate information regarding promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to use critical thinking to achieve absolute execution of operational components
- Customer service and/or retail experience
Pay Range: 52,356.
This posting is for an existing vacancy. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
