Job Title: Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time)

As a Flexible Sales Associate, you will deliver a world‑class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and support store operations during peak hours.

• Deliver world‑class customer experience and surmount sales goals.
• Engage and educate customers with product knowledge and style recommendations.
• Create memorable shopping moments that build brand loyalty.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand experience.
• Work flexible schedule, including peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches).
• Complete all assigned duties, including assessment upon application.

• Results‑oriented, able to build genuine connections with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a caring approach.
• Ability to charm and connect an audience at all levels.
• Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and arrive on time.
• Flexible schedule from 4 hours/month in slower periods to ~12 hours/week in peak seasons.
• Ready to support high‑traffic events and cover additional shifts.

$15.92 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
