Job Summary

Store #4707517: 1385 Pleasant St, Bridgewater, Massachusetts 02324. Shift Availability:
Days and evenings. Position:
Customer Service Representative (Part‑time).

• Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions.
• Support food program operations as needed.
• Maintain store appearance inside and out, ensuring high standards.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in career; willingness to learn and have fun.

• Excellent sales skills to deliver product suggestions.
• Strong customer care and friendly communication.
• High energy and quick pace while maintaining fun.
• Team orientation and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Problem‑solving and creative idea generation.

• Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours.
• Lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs, up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasional lift/carry to 60 lbs from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 lbs.
• Bend at waist with twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Manipulate objects; use eye‑hand coordination; may require ladder use.

• Hiring range: $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
