Responsibilities

• Leads the team as a brand representative reflective of company values
• Empowers the team to drive sales through personalized service, elevated styling, and outfitting recommendations
• Delivers a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications for efficient customer engagement
• Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking capabilities while prioritizing service over tasks
• Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
• Sustains daily operating standards by assessing sales forecasting, managing payroll, and executing product flow
• Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment processing
• Helps implement visual direction and policy adherence to support store profitability

• 1+ years store leadership experience
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
