You'll be the go-to expert for guest group bookings, social events, and key sales initiatives—and a critical right-hand to our Director of Sales. What You’ll Do:- Be the first point of contact for group bookings, event space inquiries, and VIP stays
- Build strong client relationships—both online and in person
- Own your sales pipeline: proactively source new business and manage existing accounts
- Input bookings, manage room blocks, and ensure event accuracy in our systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain organized sales records and handle inbound social event inquiries
- Participate in top rated Marriot Sales training sessions
- Take on exciting new challenges—no two days are the same!
- 1+ year of direct hotel sales experience (Sales Coordinator or Sales Manager level) – REQUIRED
- Experience in any hotel department is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with the local Bridgewater market is a bonus
- Brand experience (Marriott, Hilton, etc.) preferred
- Confident with tech— Delphi, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality

- $50,000-$55,000 annually The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually.
