BRIDGEWATER Costco Sales Rep PLUS DAILY

Job Overview

We're currently hiring for the Bridgewater Costco location. This role is for energetic, sales‑focused professionals to serve as brand ambassadors for Qunol and Zena nutritional supplements.

Starting at $22‑25 an hour plus bonus based on sales quotas. W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly direct deposit. Top brand ambassadors can earn $200‑$300 per day.

• Starting pay: $22‑25 an hour
• Bonus earnings on top of base pay

The bonus is based on the number of products sold in Costco during the shift.

• Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric – $60 commission
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen – $60 commission
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ
  10 (not on sale) – $15 commission
• One day/7 hours at $25/hr plus commission equals $310 total, or $44 per hour

Represent and demonstrate product features, benefits, and value to customers on the Costco floor. Manage sales materials and maintain a professional appearance. Attend compliance calls and support storage and resupply.

• Approach and interact with Costco members to promote products.
• Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.
• Provide excellent customer service to members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with the team or regional manager.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds several times per day, including a 2’ × 4’ folding table.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Work independently as the sole team member at the location.

• Outgoing personality with strong customer engagement skills.
• Experience with direct sales.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills, including email.
