Position:
Global Client Partner – Banking and Financial Sales
Experience:
Min 20 years Experience Required

- Proven experience in achieving annual revenue targets and driving profitable growth

- Strong domain knowledge for the Banking and Financial Services market.
- Manage, monitor and expand existing customers in the Banking Financial services industry through client engagement and delivery excellence
- Identify and sell to the decision makers including C-Level executives, across regions and LOBs in enterprises within both new and existing accounts
- Collect and maintain all customer information to sell and buy products or services
- Anchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, delivery, and external partners
- Communicate effectively and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CXO
-1,
-2,
-3 levels) - Strategize new logo growth, including account planning and relationship mapping at the CXO/Board level
- Highly motivated to sell services, solutions, and platforms to Financial Services.
- Building, Managing the portfolio with strong Sales Pipeline while ensuring accuracy and reporting
- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Monitor account performance and ensure revenue realization
- Collaborate with partner Account Executives to jointly sell into existing and new accounts
- Lead proposal development, pricing, and commercial reviews
- Maintain and execute detailed account plans
- Analyze weekly sales and create delivery reports to guide planning and growth tracking
- Be a trusted advisor for clients ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
- Build strategic account plans, leveraging personal and organizational networks
- Orchestrate portfolio expansion across multiple verticals and geographies
- Ability to understand and respond to clients’ business challenges by developing forward-looking strategies to address them
- Strong deal negotiation, deal-closing and management experience within the global delivery model, particularly in outsourcing and transformation deals
- Customer profiling, account planning and set revenue / margin targets by services line at the account level
- Strong focus on Client Service excellence and relationship management
- Ability to manage the business in a complex matrix environment and engage in strategic partnership management
- Strong analytical thinking and data management skills within sales tracking and sales forecasting
- Using a visionary approach combined with strong consultative selling skills to drive portfolio expansion and long-term client satisfaction/retention
