Brand Ambassador - Southwest

Summary

The Brand Ambassador will drive wholesale optical sales and door distribution for Kering Eyewear across the Southwest territory (UT, CO, NM, AZ). Reporting to the Southwest District Director and part of the Optical Sales team, the role focuses on delivering net sales targets by brand and maximizing sell-through. The position requires frequent travel to customers and execution of trade marketing, visibility projects, and in-store training.

• Deliver net sales targets by brand within the assigned territory to opticians, optometrists and ophthalmologists.
• Build and maintain qualitative door distribution while preserving brand DNA.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to maximize sell-through and brand portfolio balance.
• Present and sell optical frames and sunglasses, and implement visibility and trade marketing activations.
• Provide in-store training to sales staff and deliver timely, accurate reporting.

• Proven track record growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with customer-focused relationship building.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics or consumer goods; university degree or equivalent experience.
• Available to travel up to 90% of the time; computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
