Commercial Lines Account Manager

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and decision‑makers
• Assess client exposures and design tailored commercial insurance solutions
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts
• Partner with internal service teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Stay aligned with carrier guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Manage pipeline activity and track production using AMS
  360

• Active Property & Casualty license in Massachusetts
• At least 3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
• Proven ability to prospect, close, and retain business
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset
• Experience with AMS
  360 preferred
