Sales Support Specialist Maternity Cover

Summary

Kering Eyewear is hiring a Sales Support Specialist (maternity cover) based in Bridgewater, NJ, to support the North American Commercial Optical Sales Team. The role provides account management for Elite Customers and Strategic Retailers, manages order-to-cash and customer master data, and serves as the first point of contact for commercial and logistics queries. This temporary position focuses on delivering a luxury customer service experience and ensuring operational efficiency to maximize business opportunities.

• Manage Brand Ambassador phone and sales support inboxes, ensuring timely responses and meeting KPI targets.
• Handle order-to-sales processes including order updates, discount and invoice adjustments, credit/debit notes, and free-of-charge orders.
• Provide account management for Elite Customers and Strategic Retailers according to SLAs and support validation of quarterly promotions.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of customer master data, pricing, and related records.
• Manage full order flow from acquisition to invoice and coordinate delivery with planning and logistics, acting as first point of contact for issues.
• Support commercial returns, produce sales and customer reporting, and participate in sales events, trainings, and brand presentations.

• 2+ years of B2B account management experience and 2+ years in a B2B customer service environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good knowledge of order-to-cash flows, Incoterms, and customs rules.
• Fluent in English;
  French is a significant advantage.
• Customer-oriented, team-focused, flexible, and strong problem-solving skills with a results orientation.
