Outside Sales Representative

Pay from $80,000 to $120,000 per year

Uline, a name millions of businesses across North America know and trust, is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to build our growing Bridgewater, New Jersey market.

Your role on our Sales team is to help businesses from every industry discover quality products with speed and service you’ll be proud to deliver.

• "CEO" of Your Territory – identify growth opportunities within your markets and build relationships with existing customers on-site.
• Be a part of a winning team – join our Allentown, PA sales team for camaraderie, training, and department meetings via regular trips to the office.
• Learn from the best – receive 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training followed by a 12-week mentorship program and continuous career development.

• Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
• Spend Monday planning and scheduling; on-site visits with customers Tuesday through Friday.
• Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high‑quality products.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.
