We're partnering with a growing, relationship-driven independent agency that's built its reputation on strong client partnerships and a collaborative, team-first culture. They're continuing to expand and are looking to bring on a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a well-established middle market book.

• Manage a quality book of middle market accounts
• Work closely with producers who value partnership and collaboration
• Join a team that prioritizes client relationships over call-center volume
• Be part of a supportive, growth-oriented environment where your voice is heard

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients
• Manage renewals end-to-end with accuracy and attention to detail
• Partner with producers to develop smart, tailored coverage strategies
• Handle day-to-day service needs, problem-solving, and account support
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams

• Commercial lines experience with a solid understanding of coverages
• Strong client service mindset
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Experience with AMS
  360 is a plus
• Licensed (or willing to obtain)
