Asset Protection Supervisor

Summary

The Asset Protection Supervisor will support loss prevention and safety initiatives for the Bridgewater store. This role supervises daily security operations, investigates incidents of theft or fraud, and ensures proper evidence handling and reporting. The supervisor partners with store leadership and external authorities as needed to protect assets and promote a safe shopping environment.

• Supervise asset protection associates and oversee daily security activities.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and safety incidents and prepare incident reports.
• Handle evidence chain-of-custody and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with store management to implement loss prevention strategies and operational improvements.
• Train and coach store team members on safety, awareness, and AP procedures.

• 3+ years of loss prevention, security, or related retail experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a team in a retail environment.
• Ability to conduct investigations and interact professionally with law enforcement.
• Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
