We are seeking a versatile hardscape/construction crew leader to join our team! Versatility is the key in this position. Our company offers a wide variety of services and we are looking for a hands on, go to leader that can grow along side our company. This will include leading projects such as walkways, patios, walls, light deck/carpentry work, as well as skid steer/mini excavator work, landscaping services, etc.

• Ensure all employees follow safety regulations and company procedures
• Guide team members on projects
• Deliver feedback to management at the end of each day
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment and tools
• Hands on leadership and coaching of staff
• Communication with homeowner to guide through project and ensure satisfaction

• Previous experience as a crew leader or similar position is preferred
• Snow plowing experience
• Must have a Mass DOT (or willing to obtain one)
• Hydraulic/Hoisting license is a plus!
• Ability to guide and coach staff on the job
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
• Experience with all phases of hardscape
