Plesh Electric has been doing electrical work in New Jersey for 30 years. Residential and commercial – panels, service upgrades, generator installations, rewires, and new construction.

We built our reputation the same way every time: show up when we say we will, do the work right, and leave the site clean.

We’re growing – multiple crews, a generator division that’s expanding, a $5M target we’re building toward – and we need another electrician who holds themselves to the same standard.

We’re not hiring for a position. We’re recruiting a craftsman who wants to run jobs, not just work them.

$25–$38/hour based on experience. Where you start depends on what you bring. Where you land depends on how you perform.

This job involves physical work – bending conduit in cold weather, pulling wire in attics and crawl spaces, lifting equipment, and standing on ladders for hours.
