Job Description
The Maintenance Technician/Superintendent (Not Live In) is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of residential buildings. Operating as a solo technician, this role requires hands‑on expertise in managing repairs across various systems without the need for travel or site visits. The technician will utilize standard hand and power tools to maintain building functionality and safety.
Responsibilities- Manage and execute repair tasks for residential building systems
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems efficiently
- Use standard hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
- Ensure timely completion of repairs to minimize downtime
- Proficient in electrical systems maintenance
- Skilled in mechanical repair
- Experienced with HVAC systems
- Knowledgeable in plumbing repairs
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
