2023.Ourservicesinclude Facilitiesmanagementservices,buildinginspections,landscaping,andsnowremoval.
- Performpreventivemaintenance,troubleshooting,andrepairofcommercialHVACequipment.
- Diagnoseandrepairrooftopunits,splitsystems,heatpumps,exhaustsystems,makeupairunits,andassociatedcontrols.
- Performseasonalstartupandshutdownprocedures.
- Coordinatewithsubcontractorsandvendorsforspecializedrepairsasneeded.
- Identifyequipmentdeficienciesandproviderepairrecommendationsandcapitalplanninginput.
- Conductroutineinspectionsofcommercialandindustrialfacilities.
- Monitorandmaintainbuildingmechanical,electrical,plumbing,andlifesafetysystems.
- Respondtotenantservicerequestsandemergencymaintenancecalls.
- Troubleshootbuildingsystemissuesanddevelopcorrectiveactionplans.
- Maintainaccuratemaintenancerecords,servicereports,andinspectiondocumentation.
- Assistindevelopingpreventivemaintenanceprogramsforclientproperties.
- Performminorcarpentry,drywall,painting,andbuildingrepairsasneeded.
- Repairandmaintaindoors,hardware,ceilings,flooring,andotherbuildingcomponents.
- Assistwithtenantimprovements,officerefreshes,andsmallprojects.
- Ensurepropertiesremainsafe,operational,and presentable.
- Preformsnowremovalasneeded.
- Assistwithplanningandexecutionofcapitalprojectsandrepairs.
- Coordinatewithclients,propertymanagers,engineers,andcontractors.
- Providetechnicalguidanceandmentorshiptomaintenancetechniciansandjuniorstaff.
- Identifyopportunitiesforoperationalimprovementsandcostsavings.
- Supportemergencyresponseeffortsandafter-hoursservicewhenrequired.
Qualifications
- Minimum3yearsofcommercialbuildingmaintenanceexperience
- ExperiencemaintainingHVAC&Mechanicalsystems
- Valid driver’slicense:
Abilitytotraveloutoftownduringtheweekoronweekends - Abilitytoliftandoperateheavyequipment
- Excellentproblemsolvingandcustomerserviceskills
- Abilitytoworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision.
