This is a flexible‑time, on‑site role located in Martinsville, New Jersey. The position involves working closely within the Child and Family Care Unit to provide critical support services to children and families. Responsibilities include assisting with case management tasks, conducting assessments, preparing documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and communicating with clients to ensure their needs are effectively addressed. The role requires engagement in community outreach activities and helping clients access appropriate resources.
Qualifications- Proficiency in case management, conducting assessments, and client communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prepare and manage documentation
- Knowledge of family care services, community resources, and support networks
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a variety of situations
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to supporting children and families
- Relevant experience in social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
