• Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Integrate mobile apps with county systems such as TAKServer, TAKAware, and CLEMIS CAD.
• Configure and maintain proof of concept TAK Server on county server network.
• Map live incident data, unit statuses, and locations to mobile interfaces.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and CJIS‑compliant connections between mobile devices and county services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user‑friendly interfaces.
• Submit apps to App Store and Google Play, manage releases, and analyze crash reporting tools.

• Proficiency in iOS (Swift, Objective‑C) and Android (Kotlin, Java) development.
• Experience with cross‑platform frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Xamarin.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of mobile analytics, crash reporting (Firebase, Crashlytics), and testing frameworks (Appium, Espresso).
• Understanding of mobile device security, CJIS standards, and identity integration (OKTA).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
