• At least 5+ years of real‑time hands‑on experience in Java and enterprise system design.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices, event‑driven architecture, and cloud‑native development.
• Experience with API design (REST, Graph
  
  QL) and security standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
• Strong background in SQL & No
  
  SQL database design and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and Dev Ops practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design sessions, mentor junior engineers, and drive architectural decisions.
• Ready to complete a coding and architecture design test.
