Facility Worker

Facility Workers at Zoned Sports Academy help with the overall flow of the business from start to finish. They are in charge of making sure spaces are cleaned and properly equipped, assure a fun and safe experience, participate in instructing classes, clinics, and/or parties when needed, and help the communication flow throughout the day. It is important that this person be team oriented with the ability to take initiative.

• Make sure the facility is well maintained and things are where they belong.
• Participate in programs, classes, and clinics.
• Assist in lessons when needed.
• Set up machines and equipment on the spot.
• Create a communication flow with the front desk and inside the facility.
• Host birthday parties from start to finish.
• Communicate with coaches about what they may need help with ahead of time.
• Applicable downtime tasks provided by Management
• Opening and closing the facility when scheduled.
• Following company policies and procedures.

• A positive upbeat personality.
• Takes initiative and can problem solve
• Effective ability to communicate with customers, coworkers and managers.
• Baseball/Softball player (past/current)

Must be available week day evenings (example 4-9pm) and weekends.
