Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Accounting Assistant

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support daily billing, accounts receivable, and month-end processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily billings and post AR transactions
• Assist with monthly billing and invoicing
• Support AR reconciliation and collections
• Prepare general ledger entries and reconcile accounts
• Assist with month-end close and accounting tasks
• Support special projects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data

Qualifications

• 1+ years of AR, billing, or accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
