Job Summary:

LHH is working with a Pharmaceutical company in Bridgewater, NJ to hire a temporary Administrative Assistant. The hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30AM to 5PM with a 30 minute lunch (32 hour work week). The qualified candidate should have at least one year of corporate Administrative Experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

* Sit at the front desk and act as the point of contact for anyone coming into the office

* Manage the booking of meeting rooms

* Order office and kitchen supplies

* Assist with AV support for meetings

* Order lunches for meetings

* Process expense reports

* Act as a back up to the executive assistant

Required Experience:

* High School Diploma

* At least one year of corporate administrative experience

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to connect with individuals of all levels

* Ability to work independently

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
